Six killed, 12 injured in road

At least six persons were killed and 12 others injured when a car collided with a speeding truck on the Etah-Agra road near here, police said on today.

The car, which was travelling to Tundla, ing after taking a dip in the river Ganga on the occasion of Somwati Amavasya.

Six persons travelling in the car, includinmet with the accident near Magla Galu area yesterday afternoon, they said adding, the passengers were returng its driver, died on the spot.

Twelve others were injured and have been admitted to a nearby hospital, police said.
