Sonia Gandhi visits Ganga Ram Hospital for routine check-up

The Congress president has not been keeping very good health since she collapsed during a rally in Varanasi last August.
Congress president Sonia Gandhi on Monday visited the Sir Ganga Ram Hospital (SRGH) for a routine medical check-up, said authorities.
“Soniaji came in the afternoon and underwent routine medical check up. She left around 7.30pm,” hospital authorities, not willing to be named, told IANS.

Earlier, Gandhi was twice admitted to the SRGH for her ill-health, during which she underwent a minor shoulder surgery.

Sonia Gandhi has not addressed any election campaign in Uttar Pradesh and instead issued appeal to voters through a statement and video.
