Students from Poonch ecstatic to meet Salman Khan in Mumbai

Twenty-six students, belonging to Gujjar and Bakkarwal community, from remote areas of Poonch district, met Bollywood actor Salman Khan in Mumbai on July 26.

For these students, who are on a 10-day tour of Mumbai and Pune, it was like a dream come true, as they got an opportunity to see the actor face-to face.

The tour has been organised by Rashtriya Rifles Battalion under the aegis of Counter Insurgency Force (Romeo).

The students also visited Haji Ali Dargah, Gateway of India and the Planetarium and the Juhu beach as well. They were also taken to the Naval and Air Force base, where they got an opportunity to see aircraft carrier, INS Vikrant.
