Security forces engaged in anti-Naxal operations in various states, including Chhattisgarh, have decided to get different variants of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) ranging from small drones to long-range surveillance ones.

"There has to be a national policy to deal with hostage crises. I will ask Prime Minister Manmohan Singh in tomorrow's meeting to call all CMs to discuss it. There is a need to discuss it briefly," Chhattisgarh chief minister Raman Singh said.
