Three minor children injured in explosion in Kashmir

Three children were injured in a blast in Hatmulla area of Kupwara , 90 km north of Srinagar, on Saturday.

The injured have been identified as 15-year-old Seema Bano, Azad Ahmad Kumar (9) and Faizan Ahmad Kumar (7).

Police said that the children found the explosive device lying in the fields and started fiddling with it. In the meantime, it exploded and left them injured. They were rushed to a local hospital where their condition is stated to be stable.
