Some Maoists posters were found pasted on Friday in Nadia district demanding the release of two of their activists, police said.
At least three to four posters were found pasted on the walls of Nakashipara locality last night.
The posters demanded the release of Chand and Anarul,
both inhabitants of Nadia, who were arrested from Murshidabad, police said.
Police defaced most of the posters, written in red colour, soon after they were informed.
