The Railway budget for 2010-11 will be presented in Parliament either on February 23 or 24, Railway Minister Mamata Banerjee said today.
"Possibily, the rail budget will be presented on February 23 or 24," Banerjee said while inaugurating the commencement of work for construction of
railway lines at Nandigram in East Midnapur district.
