Will quit BJP: K'taka minister

Karnataka energy minister Shobha Karandlaje on Tuesday announced that she would quit BJP and join the KJP led by her mentor and  former chief minister BS Yeddyurappa.

During a meeting with her supporters from Yeshwanthapur on Tuesday, Shobha said she would join KJP anytime after January 15, but would contest polls under the KJP banner only if her supporters work for her.
