Eleven pilgrims to Sabarimala were killed when the lorry in which they were proceeding to the temple overturned at Adivalavu in Kerala today.

The pilgrims hailed from Andhra Pradesh, police said.

There was slight rainfall in the area when the tragedy struct near Kananmala in Pathananthitta district, police said.
