Opposition Leader in Maharashtra Assembly Eknath Khadse on Monday said he would move a breach of privilege motion against the state government over "leakage" of the report of Pradhan Committee, set up to probe 26/11 attacks.
"We will move a breach of privilege notice against the Chief Minister and the Deputy Chief Minister tomorrow over the leakage of Pradhan Committee report," Khadse told reporters in Nagpur.
The winter session of State Legislature begins in Nagpur on Tuesday. BJP, Shiv Sena and MNS leaders attended a customary tea party on eve of the session hosted by Chief Minister Ashok Chavan.
Opposition parties are not going to miss a single chance to attack the government on leakage of the report as they had demanded tabling of the report in the House, Khadse said.
"We have been demanding that the report be tabled in the House, but the government refused to do so. Now the report is out in media and I also have a copy of it," Khadse said.
