Jammu and Kashmir government has ordered suspension of three teachers in Samba district after they were found absent from duty in a surprise inspection.

Samba Deputy Commissioner RK Varma conducted a surprise inspection at Government Middle School in Mohargarh area of Samba yesterday and found three teachers absent from duty "unauthorisedly", following which he ordered their suspension, an official said.

The suspended teachers are identified as Vijay Kumar Sharma (Master), Yash Pal (Teacher) and Bandana Devi (Teacher), he said.
