A TADA court would on Thursday give verdict on the complicity of two close associates of prime absconding accused Tiger Memon in the 1993 serial bomb blast conspiracy.

Nasir Abdul Kadar Keval alias Nasir Dhakla and Mohammed Rafiq Usman Shaikh have been summoned to the court for the verdict on Thursday.

While Nasir is in custody since his arrest in 1995, Shaikh is on bail since 1998.

Both are facing charges under section 3 (3) of TADA (P) Act (aiding and abetting terrorist act) and section 120-b IPC (conspiracy).

Nasir is accused of going to Pakistan for arms training, participating in landing of arms and explosives at Shekhadi coast in Raigad district, attending conspiracy meetings at the residences of co-accused Babloo and Mubina Baya Bhiwandiwala.

He is also charged with joining other accused in filling RDX in vehicles which were planted at various places on the day of the serial blasts.

He was arrested from Hyderabad on January 6, 1995. The court has earlier rejected his bail plea.

The other accused Mohammed Rafiq Usman Shaikh, whose fate would also be decided on Thursday, is facing the charges of going to Pakistan via Dubai for arms training and attending conspiracy meetings at the residences of co-accused at the instance of Tiger Memon.
