Telecom major Bharti Airtel on Monday announced new plans to subscribers of its 4G mobile and data services, including free access to about 1,000 movies and 100 games.

"Subscribers paying monthly rental of Rs.999 and above will have free access to our library of 1,000 movies and 100 games, which are being offered in partnership with BigFlix and Indiagames," the company said in a statement here.

The largest private operator currently offers 4G services in Bangalore, Chandigarh, Kolkata and Pune across the country.

"Under the new plan, subscribers paying Rs.450 as monthly rental can also avail data at high speeds under the 4G service and at rents paid for 3G plans," the statement noted.

Leveraging the advanced 4G LTE (long term evolution) technology, the company enables its customers to stream high definition (HD) videos, chatting, instantly upload photos and download rich content.

"The 4G dongle brings high-speed wireless internet access to laptops, while the 4G CPE (customer premises equipment) router offers a home WiFi (wireless fidelity) solution to multiple devices, including 3G smartphones and tablets at 4G speed," the statement added.

As one of the top four mobile service providers with operations in 20 countries across Asia and Africa, the company offers a range of fixed line and wireless services, including broadband, IPTV and DTH to over 275 million subscribers.
