Akshay Kumar's unprofessional attitude irks the producer of his first, to be, Hollywood venture. At this point, Akshay Kumar's career is on an incline. But whatever happened to the Indo-Australian collaboration titled Good Apple?
He was supposed to shoot for this project Down Under, this month.
First, there was talk that Oscar-winner Rachel Weisz (The Constant Gardener) would team up with Akshay. But her agents turned down the offer over money issues, it is learnt.
Hottie Neve Campbell was, then, finalised for the movie. According to sources, Akshay Kumar had signed on the project last June. But when the film's producer – Taiyab Madni a Pakistani who has settled in Australia – camped for a fortnight in Mumbai at the Sun ‘n' Sand hotel, Akshay Kumar is alleged to have avoided him.
A source said that Akshay Kumar seemed to have committed himself to other projects. Also, after Weisz, as other Hollywood A-lister actresses did not accept the project, the actor appears to have lost interest.
Madni, of course, has left the city, unamused. Ironically, Akshay Kumar has also left for Australia to shoot for Vipul Shah's Singh is King.
