Instead of reaching its destination, a plane had to take a detour, and make an emergency landing on a Canadaian runaway, so that its 295 British tourists could go to the loo.
TheThomson flight TOM1578 destined for Birmingham from Cancun in Mexico, had to divert to Goose Bay, Canada, because its passengers had been banned from using 767's toilets in case they 'overflowed,' after ground crew forgot to empty them before take-off.
“The pilot said there was a problem with the loo and we could not go to the toilet any more," The Sun quoted a passenger, as saying
“You can imagine what it was like. Everyone wanted to go to the loo. It was very uncomfortable,” the passenger added.
