A TREE plantation programme was held under the guidance of school principal Swaran Chawla and staff members at Ancy Joys Higher Secondary School, Koh-e-Fiza, on Monday.
On the occasion, the students took oath to protect the environment from pollution and planted saplings around the school campus.
Speaking on the occasion, Chawla said, “This is our responsibility that we create a healthy environment for the coming generations. Therefore, everyone should plant at least one tree in his/her life”.
Schoolteachers and all the students participated in the programme.
