ANSAL HOUSING and Construction Ltd (AHCL), one of the leading real estate developers in India, on Friday announced the launch of Ansal Town in Indore. The modern township is coming up near Panchvati, about 4 km from Vijay Nagar Square. Ansal Housing has presence in 20 cities across the country.
AHCL president Kushagr Ansal told media persons that Ansal Town would be a place where one could enjoy a lifestyle at par with international standards. “With Ansal Town, we are promoting the concept of modern living where, in addition to basic infrastructure, the residents will enjoy a range of world-class features like a club with swimming pool, jogging track, therapy garden, amphitheatre and landscaped parks with water bodies.”
AHCL general manager Subodh Sinha said the company had over three decades of experience in the construction industry and while undertaking any new project it kept in mind that reputation built over the years does not get tarnished. “A visit to our site is all that is needed to be convinced that our township is totally different,” he said.
Company assistant general manager Rajesh Surana informed that the residential township would have a mix of built up houses, independent plots and apartments. The company has earmarked Rs 100 crore for the first phase of the project. The township will have approximately 400 bungalows and 400 flats. He said the company possesses all the requisite permission.
In addition to this, there are sites earmarked for schools and shopping complexes within the township to meet all the social and recreational requirements of the residents. Spread over 50 acres, Ansal Town has been designed by L S Vaswani and Architects.
