Arnold Schwarzenegger might not star in Terminator sequel

Batman Begins star Christian Bale has already signed up for Terminator Salvation: The Future Begins, and director McG now wants Daniel Day Lewis

Director McG wants Oscar winning actor Daniel Day Lewis to star in the fourth film of the Terminator series.

Batman Begins star Christian Bale has already signed up for Terminator Salvation: The Future Begins, and the director now wants Daniel Day Lewis, contactmusic.com reported.

McG said: "I'm looking for credible actors. We've already got Christian Bale, who is one of the greatest actors of his generation. I'd love to get Daniel Day-Lewis, but I don't know if he goes in for this kind of movie."

Lewis is unlikely to do the project since he makes very few films and is wary of Hollywood big budget movies.

California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, who starred in the previous Terminator films, will not return to reprise his role.
