As the Indian Premier League-4 reaches its final rounds, there is one question that is yet to be answered: are the IPL teams nurturing local talents or are they more keen to sign foreign players? A very flexible sovereignty
This is with reference to the report China asks US to respect Pak’s sovereignty (May 20). Pakistan can hardly call itself a sovereign State, having bartered away its territory to China, allowed unfettered access to the Americans and being helpless in the face of the Taliban’s activities.
