A student of B. Tech second year at Amity University, Tushar is excited about the upcoming assembly elections in Delhi.

The aspiring techie believes that elections are a powerful tools of change. "With elections, we associate hope and believe that things will change," said Tushar.

He feels that the upcoming elections will have a huge impact on lives of Delhiites. According to Tushar, security, health and education are major poll issues. The recent rise in the cases of crime against women have prompted Tushar to pick security as the most important issue.

Asked how should things be set right, Tushar says that people have the power to bring change in the society - especially the youth.

Emphasising that power of youth to bring in a positive change through its vote, Tushar said: "New representation will improve our system. There is no point in just criticising the system as a mute spectator. If somebody feels such strongly about some issue, then he/she must come out of the comfort zone and start working to bring the change that they want to see."

He is assured that his voted has the power to change the things for good. "I know that my one vote can help." Tushar has recently got himself enrolled as a voter and is waiting for the opportunity to caste his maiden vote.
