Baba Ajit Singh and Baba Ram Singh are guiding force: Yuvraj

After winning the World Cup, Yuvraj has stated that that he got this position due to blessings of Saint Ajit Singh Hansaliwale and Baba Ram Singh Ganduan Wala.

He said both the religious personalities have been his guiding force. Yuvraj and his mother Shabnam used to visit Fatehgarh Sahib based deras of both the religious personalities.

As per information received, Yuvraj and his mother had recently visited both the deras.

Devotees in both the deras today were in jubilant mood. They prayed for bright future of Yuvraj.

Residents of not only district Fatehgarh Sahib but from other area of Punjab used to visit both the dera. Saint Ajit Singh and Baba Ram Singh Ganduan regularly attending religious functions. They also holding religious functions in their deras.

Dera of Baba Ram Singh is situated on Dufera Mour, Fatehgarh Sahib. Both the deras have agriculture land and community kitchen(langar) is served around the clock.

Saint Ajit Singh Hansaliwale of Dera Shri Hargobind Sahib, Hansali had donated his land worth Rs 40 lakh to Punjab Health Department last year. This 24 Kanal land at village Dubali was donated by Saint Ajit Singh to Community Health Centre, Khera of Punjab Health Department for welfare of people and providing better health services to them. Saint Ajit Singh had authorized the department to utilize the land as per its requirement. Punjab Health Minister Laxmi Kanta Chawla recently laid foundation stone of the hospital.

Saint Ajit Singh Hansaliwale had donated Rs 1,56,500 for Dadakh Relief fund last year. Saint Hansaliwale is regularly organizing medical and eye check up camps, water chabeels, and help poor and needy students.

He also donates for sports tournament, helps in solominise the marriages of poor and needy girls and extend financial assistance to district administration when they requested him.

In 2005 responding to the request of the then Punjabi University vice-chancellor Swarn Singh Boparai, Ajit Singh Hansaliwale had adopted 10 students of Yadavindra College of Engineering, Talwandi Sabo and paid Rs 4.80 lakh as the first installment of the fee. He had also donated Rs 2.65 lakh for the scholarship for the rural students of the college. Former minister Dr Harbans Lal had honoured Baba Hansaliwale with Baba Banda Singh Bahadur award.

Baba Hansaliwale was also honoured by Rotary Club, London.

Punjab chief minister Parkash Singh Badal, former chief minister Rajinder Kaur Bhattal, former PPCC president Shamsher Singh Dullo, former Punjab DGP N S Aaulakh and several other high up had visited the Dera Shri Hargobind Singh several times in past.
