Mexican bombshell Barbara Mori is not coming back to India on Hrithik Roshan’s invitation, says father Rakesh. His response follows reports that Hrithik had asked Barbara to return from her homeland, Mexico, after swine flu was detected there.
Media reports also claimed that Rakesh’s annoyance over his son’s closeness to his Kites co-star — despite rumours of marital trouble — had resulted in a row on the film’s sets.
Apparently, Hrithik went against some of Rakesh’s instructions while filming. In itself this may not have meant much, but Rakesh was already angry and he let it rip, said the reports.
When HT City called Rakesh, he expressed surprise at these reports. “This is rubbish. Please don’t ask me [anything],” he said. “Find those people who talk and report such things. Hrithik is my son, not any other hero working with me. He is the best son any parent can have.”
Denying any possibility of Barbara returning now, Rakesh said, “She is not coming back. Her work is over. She might come around the release for the publicity in October-November.”
