"The DNA test of Gaganjit Singh concludes presence of no sperm of his anywhere," CIA incharge Satbir Singh told reporters.

Gaganjit's involvement in rape.

The DNA report was sought by police to further strengthen evidences against Gaganjit Singh, he said adding that "penetration in private parts of a woman without her consent also amounts to rape."

"The victim's statement to police that Gaganjit Singh had raped her is enough in this case", he said.

Gaganjit SIngh, who is also son of Tamil Nadu Governor Surjit Singh Barnala, is in judicial custody till September 11.

The SAD MLA from Dhuri Constituency was arrested by police last month after his maid levelled charges of rape against him.
