BCCI on Friday set up an independent committee to investigate the matter.
The league chairman Rajeev Shukla confirmed the BCCI’s anti-corruption and security unit headed by Ravi Sawani will investigate the matter and submit a report. Sawani also carried out an investigation after a sting operation by a TV channel last year.
These cricketers were handed ban ranging from lifetime to one-year after Sawani submitted his findings to the BCCI's disciplinary committee.
The ACSU unit will also be present during Sunday's working committee meeting. Sources also said that top board officials are likely to meet Delhi police on Monday.
