The bedroom is associated with elements of earth and with colours yellow and pink. It is concerned with friends and lovers, with pleasures and pains of social connections and with falling in love. Bedroom crystals aid in restful sleep, enhance courtship and romance, sex and stamina, partnerships and supportive friendships.

Crystals for dreams
Rose quartz heart: Hang this crystal from your bedside lamp or above the headboard of your bed to invite love into your room. If your bed is against a wall, put it on that wall instead to help dispel any feelings of confinement or loss of freedom of expression. A key position in which to place these crystals is the first place you notice when you enter the bedroom. Another perfect spot is directly in front of you when you sit up in bed.

Tumbled Rhodonite: It comes in light pink shades that are laced with black veins. Using this stone on the heart chakra promotes peace and quietness where there is mental unrest or confusion.

Crystals of passion (Yin and Yang)
Red crystal: Traditionally, red jasper symbolises stamina and energy. And a red crystal is ideal to represent the male or more dominant partner. The female or YIN partner is represented by round crystal quartz or calcite. If sex life has become mundane, try placing tiger’s eye carved into the shape of a hear at the head of the bed.

White stone: Put crystals inside the bowl, or on top of your stand or mat and place this on a windowsill or dressing table.
