Mafia don Babloo Srivastava shall not be produced in any court in the state capital till adequate police arrangements are provided on the court campus. District Judge in-charge, KK Sharma issued this order to the jail authorities and the state administration, here on Thursday.

The orders were issued following Babloo's clash with some lawyers on the court premises on Wednesday. Lawyers led by Atul Mishra and Jyotiresh Mishra had complained to the judge that Babloo and Mange Sardar had tried to kill them. They said, "Babloo and Sardar use mobiles whenever they are brought to the court."

The judge, in his letter to the director general of police, wrote, "It has become routine business that whenever the aforesaid accused persons arrive on the court campus, people gather around and follow the duo. It appears that the police are not ensuring that any untoward incident may not take place following Babloo's rivalry with any other person or with advocate Jyotiresh."

Judge Sharma ordered that the administration would arrange some responsible officer of the rank of circle officer on deputation so that whenever Babloo or Mange are produced in court, no outsider visited them. He further wrote, "The allegation that Babloo talks on his mobile is also highly objectionable and it hampers the security on the court campus."
