sex

If a gay man has one partner, is a condom needed? My friend is going out with his boyfriend for four years. They want to have unprotected sex.
The choice is entirely his. Why shouldn’t he use a condom? It may be lifesaving. The chances of infections are the highest following peno-anal sex as the anal canal is a fertile ground for bacteria. The passive partner has the greatest risk for getting infected. The condom is a barrier method of contraception and does reduce the chances of sexually transmitted diseases to a an extent.

I think my wife’s hormones are destroying sperm in my body. We’re finding it difficult to have a baby. Please suggest.
The feminine genital tract is not conducive for sperm growth. It only takes a single sperm to fertilise an egg, though a man’s body releases millions of them at one go. Primary infertility is termed as failure to conceive. That’s only when you’ve had unprotected intercourse for at least a year. Increasing the frequency of the act is essential. Consult your doctor.

Please list the side-effects of Tadafinil as Viagra.
Sidenafil is a wonder drug in select cases. In other instances, it is as good as a placebo. The medication is to be avoided in some situations like recent cardiac problems. Discoloration of vision and abdominal upset too are reported. Headache, nausea etc, are other ill-effects. Failure after the pill too can occur. Tadanafil is similar to Sidenafil, except that it has a longer duration of action of about 48 hours.
