Singer Beyonce Knowles cried for real in her new music video Ring the Alarm because the scenes reminded her of the heartaches she used to depict in the movie Dreamgirls.
According to Contactmusic.com, in the video Beyonce has to mourn the loss of a loved one and the scene overwhelmed her.
She says: "The video is so angry and aggressive and then there's like this really vulnerable bridge and it's really quiet. I cried in the video. I'd been doing 'Dreamgirls' and I had to do emotional scenes and I was thinking about the same things that I had to think about in Dreamgirls."
