Upbeat over the success of its rally in the state capital last week, BJP on Sunday announced to rake up issues like Muslim appeasement, terrorism, law and order in the state, price rise and farmers' problems during the coming assembly elections in the state.
The party has planned to hold two 'kisan' rallies in Mahoba and Gorakhpur on January 28 and February 21 respectively in which these issues would be highlighted, state party president Keshari Nath Tripathi told reporters in Lucknow.
The party will also hold agitations across the state from January 5 to 13 in which farmers' problems and "deteriorating" law and order issues would be raised, he said.
The party has also decided to take out "parivartan yatra" from February 1 to 15 in which the whole state would be covered.
Six teams have been formed to cover the entire state and the yatra would start simultaneously from six places.
The party has also planned to hold workers' meet at every assembly segment from February 16 to March 10.
