Several Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) national leaders, including president Rajnath Singh, will address the party workers in Sonepat on October 20.

Briefing mediapersons here on Monday, the BJP state president Ram Bilas Sharma said that subsequently another rally would be held in Faridabad on December 15, and later in all the remaining nine parliamentary segments.

He said the rally, which was earlier scheduled for October 6, would now be held on October 20 as the earlier date clashed with the start of the Haryana Janahit Congress (HJC) 'vijay rath yatra'' led by Hisar MP Kuldeep Bishnoi.

Sharma alleged that state chief minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda was running a government of several MLAs, chief parliamentary secretaries and ministers of which were involved in heinous crimes. "Hooda's is a government of property dealers who run an industry of change of land use permissions," Sharma alleged.

Terming Congress as a sinking ship, Sharma reiterated that there was a wave of BJP-HJC alliance in the forthcoming Lok Sabha election. He flatly ruled out any trucks with Indian National Lok Dal. When asked if he had any plans to expand ``family'' (meaning alliances), he replied in negative and quipped in Punjabi ``jananian jo chhad ke chalian gayina si, o vapis aana chah rahiyan ne, meaning the women who had left the family were wanting to return.
