BHARATIYA JANATA Yuva Morcha (BJYM) activists took out a rally, ‘Yuva Sankalp’ on Saturday. The huge rally was taken out to mark the formal beginning of Vishwas Sarang as the State BJYM president. The rally badly hit the traffic for two hours at certain busy streets of the City.

State BJP organising general secretary Makhan Singh, who had exhorted the party workers to live a simple life a few days back, seemed to be exasperated at the workers not paying much attention to his words.

They were also chastised, albeit indirectly.  Senior party leader Pyarelal Khandelwal was, however, forthright in his reprimand to the workers telling them “resolve could not be elicited from posters and banners, it comes from within”.
