Ten Indian tourists were hurt on Thursday in a blast in Srinagar, police said, as India's premier ended a meeting aimed at restoring peace in the revolt-hit Kashmir.

"The blast took place in the Zakura area of Srinagar and 10 tourists are injured," a police spokesman said, adding that three of the victims were in serious condition.

The spokesman said it was unclear whether they were injured in a grenade attack or a bomb explosion.
