Unidentified men triggered the blasts, the police said.

"There is information about the explosion of a couple of bombs in the court premises. The police have rushed to spot to get the details," Deputy Superintendent of Police C K Metra told reporters in Sahebganj.
Metra also rushed to the spot to get details.
