Bodies of widow, teenaged sons found in Rohtak

In a shocking incident, a widow in her forties was found dead along with her two teenaged sons in their house at Ashok Vihar locality in Rohtak on Saturday evening.

Police said that after foul smell spread all around from the house, neighbours got suspicious, and informed the matter to police.

A team of police broke open the house and recovered bodies of victims locked in seperate trunks of the house. The deceased were identified as Roshni Devi, 40, and her two sons, Manish, 15 and Dhiraj,14.

The victims were residents of Mirchpur village in Hisar district, but were living here for last some time in a rented accommodation. While both the teenaged boys were pursuing their studies in a local school here.

Police said that preliminary investigation suggests, it a suspected case of a family property dispute and same could be the motive behind the assailants.

Police said that victims throat were found silted and their dead bodies were bundled into separate iron trunks. Neighbours told police that the house of victims has not been visited by any visitor for last some past time.
