A unique food format A La Cart is being introduced in the Capital by Chilli Seasonss, one fo the pan Asian restaurants in Delhi. A La Cart will take street food to a new level, by adding a global touch to the desi street food scene in Delhi.
The carts will be positioned in high footfall areas including popular high streets, shopping malls, theatres etc, to target consumers looking for a quick bite as a mid-day snack, lunch or dinner.
This new food format is a quick service concept, giving the finesse of restaurant quality on-the-go with no compromise on food quality at great value and good service.
The A La Cart menu has been prepared after careful selection of ingredients to make fast food healthier, nutritious and authentic in taste. The menu has been designed by picking up traditional Asian street foods like satays, wraps and pitas and combining them with an unusual blend of fusion fillings.
The traditional satay has been given a vegetarian variant using healthy mushroom, broccoli and tofu. The wraps have been fused with the popular thai corn cakes and Vietnamese grilled chicken.
Pita pockets come with four filling options of scrumptious basil flavoured chicken and basil vegetables as well as the vegetable and chicken satays in the pita pocket which make for a healthy and fulfilling meal.
