The CPI has alleged that both Congress-led UPA and BJP stalled Parliament proceedings during the Monsoon session as part of a "hidden agenda" to save themselves from getting "exposed" over the coal blocks issue.

"Boycott of Parliament by BJP is part of a hidden agenda by both parties. If Parliament starts functioning properly, leaders of both the parties will be exposed in Coalgate," CPI National Council Secretary Atul Kumar Anjaan said here.

Referring to criticisms against Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) of India, he said the course open for UPA government was to remove the CAG from the post after impeaching him in Parliament if he had gone wrong in his report on allocation of coal blocks.
