He informed that India has a hold over 75 percent of the world’s BPO business. More manpower requirement in this field is leading the companies to cities like Indore, he added.
Smarttalk- an ISO 9000:2000 company from Delhi has tied up with Synergy Infosolutions for this venture. Smarttalk chairman said that these institutes train the higher secondary or under graduate students to earn a decent salary. He added that the institute would have a direct placement facility also.
Smarttalk Indore Institute director Sanjay Seth explained that qualified and experienced teachers would train the students. These teachers know the intricacies of British and American accent very well. Personality development, customer handling skills, soft skills and marketing skills would be part of the syllabus here. All the trainings would be conducted through computerised techniques and audio-visual aids.

The Institute has 40 centres across India with 10000 students already placed in domestic and international call centres.
