All Jet Airways planes in Brussels are safe after two explosions ripped through the departure terminal of the Zaventem airport on Tuesday, the airline said.
The country’s second-largest airline by passengers numbers said it is trying to find out the status of its employees and guests.
Brussels is the European hub for Jet Airways. The airline announced recently that starting March 27, it would be shifting its European gateway to Amsterdam.
“We are aware of the bomb explosions at the Brussels airport,” Jet Airways said in a statement. “Jet Airways is making all efforts to confirm the status of all its staff and guests. As per first information, the Jet Airways aircraft in Brussels are safe,” it said.
