West Bengal Chief Minister Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee, who was scheduled to return on Thursday to Kolkata from Siliguri, had to stay back here following cancellation of Jet Airways' Bagdogra-Kolkata flight due to pilots' strike, state government officials said.

Two Jet Airways flights, Bagdogra-Kolkata and Bagdogra-Delhi, were cancelled on Thursday following pilots' strike which entered the third day on Thursday, Bagdogra Airport Director K K Bhowmick said.
