A multi-national company's manager filed a police complaint against three men, one of who claimed to be a cabinet minister's personal assistant, on Saturday.
According to the police, accused Amneesh Kumar, Debashish Bose and RK Chaudhary allegedly ‘arm twisted’ the manger to hire a person in the company.
All the accused are residents of Delhi. Police have registered a case against them in the Sushant Lok police station and are investigating the matter.
Meanwhile, another police case was filed against three persons who allegedly cheated an IAS officer of R1.5 lakh. According to the police, the accused were employees of a private insurance company and took the amount for paying an insurance premium. However, when victim RS Aggrawal tried to contact the accused, they started to ignore him. This forced him to lodge a complaint.
