Children express anguish at Nithari killings

BACHPAN BACHAO Andolan (BBA) organised a children’s rally from Jai Hind Convent School to Nehru Nagar Square on Thursday to register protest against killing of children in Nithari and to sensitise people towards safety of their wards.

Children carried banners and posters to protest against the exploitation of children in the State.

Ajit Singh of Jai Hind Convent School and BBA  joint convener, Arvind Singh said that large numbers of kids are missing in the State. The participants expressed deep anguish at the Nithari incident. The three-km-long march was flagged off by Dadan Sigh Yadav, state coordinator of Lohia Vahini and was led by Rakesh Singh, convener of BBA.
