What do you start the day with?
A glass of milk, followed by a breakfast of cereals.

And what do you end it with?
Milk again.

On a date what would you like to be wooed with?
Cristal champagne.. and Beluga caviar.

Your first culinary experiment?
I cooked chicken pasta when I was 11 and it was fabulous!

What has been your most memorable experiment with food?
When I tried to bake a cake and forgot the flour.

If you were marooned on an island what would you want to take along?
Lots of chocolates, it’s been scientifically proven that they release ‘happy’ hormones.

Which is your favourite eating place?
Nobu in New York City.

When you eat out what do you inevitably order?
Carpaccio, an antipasti of extremely thin slices of beef topped by olive oil vinaigrette, or rucola.

Your most adventurous meal yet?
It was in Paris, I tried out a dish of cooked snails.

Who is the best cook you know?
My mum, her Shahi Korma is to die for.

As a child is there something you had to have every day?
Yup, chocolates, I’m still addicted to them.

What is your favourite drink?
Milk. I’ve loved it since I was a baby.

And what is your favourite dessert?
Chocolate soufflé.

A roadside favourite?
Pani puri, I had it just a couple of months ago.

A fruit or vegetable you eat everyday?
An apple.. it keeps the doctor away.

Which festival do you associate with food?
Christmas.. for the turkey, cranberries, mince pies and chocolates.

If you weren't a movie star what would you binge on?
Chocolate chip brownies.

Do you have a miracle diet?
Nope, any meal without carbs would be perfect.

What is the secret to your looks?
Milk.

What’s your specialty dish?
Anything I put my mind to, remember the pasta?

If you opened a specialty restaurant where would it be and what would it serve?
It would be in St. Moritz, Switzerland and would serve Christmas food throughout the year.
