Choithram student turns novelist

GOURAV KESWANI of A levels of Choithram International launched his first novel ?The Emergence? at a function held in the school.

GOURAV KESWANI of A levels of Choithram International launched his first novel ‘The Emergence’ at a function held in the school.

Fourteen-year-old Gourav’s proud parents also attended. He released the novel just after receiving commendable result in the Cambridge IGCSE examinations.

School principal H G Pant said it was a proud achievement not only for Keswani and his family, but also for the entire school and wished him unending success in his life. He added that the school was proud to have such students and expressed hope that many others would shine in their own fields and leave footprints for other’s to follow.

Gourav’s book revolves around his two passionate interests - birds and dragons. It narrates an enthralling story about an endangered bird, Emu, and the majestic legendary dragons. Writing this book was his personal project under the guidance of Bindhana Bhattacharya.
