Highlight Story

Not too long ago, the city was a sleepy hamlet bereft of any cultural activities. A majority of Millennium City residents will echo this sentiment quite emphatically. But if we ask them today, they would proudly proclaim that those days are passé!

Now, there’s probably no better place to be in if someone is an art or culture lover. Regular art shows by top names, theatrical presentations from acclaimed actors, music concerts, musicals, puppet shows …….. Gurgaon’s got it all!

Someone once said that a city's character is reflected in the kind of people who live there. The saying has come true for Gurgaon.

Gurgaon has the potential to become the Singapore of India, thanks to the corporate influence but the cosmopolitan culture is the best part of my city.

In an age when play stations and laptops rule the roost, theatre forms like puppetry draw huge crowds in the city. Venues like Kingdom of Dreams and Epicentre keep the cultural calendar packed.
