Cong expresses concern over PM's security breach

Calling it a very serious matter, the party calls for a comprehensive inquiry into the incident.
The Congress has expressed serious concern over the breach of security at Prime Minister Manmohan Singh's official residence and has sought a comprehensive inquiry into the circumstances leading to it.
"Well, if there is a security lapse, it is obviously a very serious matter which should be investigated. A full and comprehensive inquiry has to be done", Party spokesman Abhishek Singhvi said when asked about the incident.

He suggested that the inquiry should be coming out with preventive guidelines and not merely "curative and punitive" measures.
