'Cong govt has done nothing for Thane tribals'

Congress government has done nothing for the tribal of Thane district, National Vice President of womens' wing of BJP Bhavanaben Kotak said.

Congress government has done nothing for the tribal of Thane district, National Vice President of womens' wing of BJP Bhavanaben Kotak said.

Kotak undertook an extensive tour of the tribal regions of the district yesterday, which is considered to be an important district in the State politics. The district will have 24 elected representatives in the next elections.

Kotak was accompanied by the President of BJP Mahila Morcha State unit Maneesha Chowdhari, who is considered to be an iron lady of the district.

They said that no one wants to resolve the problem of fishermen in the district. The widows of fishermen are not getting any benefits from the State government, even BPL families are deprived to get the benifit, they added.

They said the Congress has no right to rule the State, where trocities on women has become the order of the day, adding, only BJP can give right solutions to the problems.
