AICC General Secretary in-charge of Kerala Madhusoodan Mistry on Sunday said the question who would be chief minister of the state if Congress-led UDF was voted to power would be decided by MLA's and party high-command after the April 13 assembly polls.
Talking to reporters in Kochi, he said opposition leader Oommen Chandy and KPCC President Ramesh Chennithala were competent to run the government. Opinion of party MLA's would be taken to decide who would lead the government, he said.
Mistry was here to oversee the poll preparations. He also visited the Darbarhall ground, where Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi will address a meeting on April 9.
