The Congress is all set to develop all parts of the state on equal basis as the main plank of the party is development. This was stated by Sunil Sharma, general secretary of the state unit of the party, while addressing people at Sorkar village of the district on Monday.

During his “jan jagran programme”, Sharma assured people that their works would be done on priority basis and they should not fall prey to the false propaganda of the BJP against the ruling Congress.

He alleged that the BJP always fooled the people and once again they were trying to adopt the same strategy in the wake of coming Lok Sabha elections.

Sharma, who is also in race for the party ticket for the Hamirpur Lok Sabha seat, told the people that it would wrest the seat from BJP this time as people were discontented with the working of the sitting MP, Anurag Thakur.

The Congress party leader assured the people that their demands would be fulfilled shortly as Congress party believed in actions only.
