A murder convict escaped from police custody while being transferred to another jail, police said in Jaunpur on Monday.
A murder convict escaped from police custody while being transferred to another jail, police said in Jaunpur on Monday.
Satish Singh, convicted for murdering a teacher in 2003, escaped from Sarnath railway station on Sunday while being taken to Varanasi central jail, they said.
