In a bizarre incident that happened at the Dadri police post on Monday night, a group of five persons allegedly thrashed a truck driver and robbed him of Rs. 50,000. Surprisingly, the policemen at the post helped the attackers without realising that they are the real culprits.

Yogesh Kumar, the truck driver, said that the police mistook him as a criminal and started beating him. Yogesh, a resident of Dadri, alleged that two constables at the police post helped the criminals flee the place with the money. “I parked my truck at police post and rushed to the officers on duty for help. I cried for help as the criminals came after me," said Yogesh.
